• Very good knowledge of blockchain technology, exchange environments, and financial markets
• Documented experience in Requirements Engineering/Requirements Management or a related Business Analyst role in fintech or blockchain
• Strong knowledge of trading platforms, digital assets, and financial market regulations
• Experience in Product Ownership
• Proficiency in eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements using structured methods
• Practical experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Practical knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively bridge technical and business perspectives
• Higher education in business informatics, management, computer science, or related fields
• Fluent in spoken and written Polish and English
• Good cultural fit with a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of DLT technology and its applications
• Knowledge of German language

• Collecting, organizing, and documenting business and technical requirements
• Analyzing existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Coordinating cooperation among stakeholders from product management, technology, and compliance
• Aligning business goals with regulatory requirements and implementation expectations
• Creating structured requirement specifications and supporting feasibility assessments with architects
• Collaborating with development and QA teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements
• Managing requirement traceability and changes throughout the project lifecycle
• Supporting development of a configurable financial SaaS platform operating in a B2B2C sales model
