Senior Network Consultant

Arla is a global leader in the dairy industry, focused on delivering high-quality products with sustainability and innovation. The role is within the Network Product Team in the IT Platforms department based in Gdańsk, part of Arla Global Shared Services which includes IT Services, IT Solutions, procurement, finance, and HR operations. The team supports global IT infrastructure and projects across various Arla locations.

• Possess a degree within IT.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working with networks.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Switches, Routers, wireless solutions, Cisco ISE, Catalyst Center, and WLC platforms.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise network infrastructures.
• Experience in enterprise wireless design and deployment including WLCs, APs, RF planning, and wireless security.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have:

• At least one Cisco Certification.

• Lead LAN refresh projects and cooperate with suppliers, including travel to Arla sites.
• Create and provide input to technical design documentation.
• Travel to Arla sites to assess network infrastructure and execute improvements.
• Perform or coordinate quality reviews of current and new network implementations.
• Translate business needs into IT solutions to ensure business value delivery.
• Enhance network toolsets and configurations to support business needs.

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time plus one additional day monthly.
