Proxy Product Owner

Join an international project for the DPD Group, developing a strategic product supporting logistics hubs across Europe. The system enables key logistics processes such as parcel scanning, weighing, labeling, and sorting. The product is live in multiple markets with planned European rollouts and new feature development, impacting the standardization and optimization of logistics processes across the organization.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Proxy Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
• Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog management, user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, and prioritization.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong sense of ownership, proactivity, and accountability.
• Good understanding of business and technical aspects of product development.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify needs, and define expected outcomes.
• Transform business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a well-structured product backlog and facilitate backlog refinement sessions.
• Collaborate with developers to define optimal solutions and validate delivered functionalities.
• Build a deep understanding of the product from business, functional, and technical perspectives.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and gaps, and independently drive initiatives from analysis through implementation.
