Lead AI engineer

• 8+ years of commercial software engineering experience with proven leadership in Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Principal Engineer roles for complex distributed systems or AI projects.
• Experience shipping and operating LLM-based applications at scale, including prompt engineering, advanced RAG, tool-using agent frameworks, prompt-injection defense, and cost/latency management.
• Expertise in multi-tenant product architectures with knowledge of shared and isolated deployment trade-offs.
• Strong foundation in distributed systems concepts such as idempotency, eventual consistency, queue-based async, and distributed locking.
• Experience in security architecture including end-to-end authentication/authorization, OWASP mitigation, RBAC/ABAC.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, with working knowledge of TypeScript/Node.js and strong PostgreSQL expertise.
• Strong expertise in AWS, with working knowledge of Azure and GCP focusing on portable, multi-cloud deployment topologies.
• Exceptional team leadership, mentoring, and English communication skills for engagement with cross-functional and executive teams.

• Lead and mentor a team of senior engineers, establish technical standards, conduct code reviews, and foster engineering excellence.
• Own the end-to-end architecture of the enterprise AI platform including agent orchestration, RAG, observability, identity, and authorization.
• Design data isolation, identity, and access management for single-tenant and multi-tenant customer-cloud installations.
• Architect enterprise guardrails, prompt-injection defenses, PII redaction, and output validation pipelines.
• Lead challenging technical work including distributed systems edge cases, performance investigations, online migrations, and security architecture.
• Serve as the primary technical authority in customer discussions, CISO security reviews, and architecture deep-dives.
