Python developer (AI experience)

• 3+ years of commercial software engineering experience developing production-grade applications in Python.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI systems, multi-agent architectures, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.
• Strong proficiency with LangGraph and LangChain for building AI agent workflows.
• Practical experience using LangSmith or equivalent for observability, tracing, debugging, and evaluation of LLM pipelines.
• Experience with GenAI coding acceleration tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and dynamic context management.
• Strong skills with Linux environments, Bash/shell scripting, and containerization using Docker.
• Basic familiarity with software stacks like Java (Maven/Gradle), .NET, and Angular for code validation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and written/verbal English communication for remote collaboration.

• Architect, design, and deploy autonomous agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems automating SDLC processes.
• Develop robust back-end services and orchestrations using Python, LangGraph, and LangChain.
• Implement observability, evaluation, and tracing frameworks using LangSmith.
• Apply prompt engineering and use GenAI tools such as Claude Code to build code generation pipelines.
• Manage containerized runtimes with Docker and write complex Bash/shell scripts.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate generated code across Java (Maven/Gradle), .NET, and Angular.
• Address complex technical challenges and ensure high quality and security of generated code.
