Product Owner

The company acts not only as a Software House but also as a partner and advisor in building products, sharing business know-how to create successful solutions. They operate in short, dynamic iterations focusing on proactive communication and their 'make sense policy' to deliver real value.

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Product Owner or business analyst in IT projects.
• Strong skills in workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and solution development.
• Experience managing product backlog and roadmap including prioritization and client negotiation.
• Ability to define acceptance criteria and manage detailed task preparation for development.
• Proficiency in creating User Flow, User Journey, Use Cases, and interface documentation.
• Skill in product functional verification before deployment.
• Risk identification and communication abilities.
• Daily usage of AI tools for requirement drafting and prototyping.
• Proficient with ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack, and Figma.
• Basic understanding of web stack (React, TypeScript, Node, Python, PostgreSQL) for effective team communication.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and teams.
• Self-management, responsibility, and priority organization in a dynamic project environment.
• Fluency in English (minimum C1) for meetings, negotiation, and documentation.

Nice to have:

• Experience in SaaS environment and working with metrics influencing product decisions.
• Ability to align product development direction with client business goals.
• Support in pre-sales activities including scope definition, estimation, and client materials preparation.
• Knowledge of UX/UI practices relevant to requirement definition.
• Experience working with distributed teams and clients in different time zones.

• Lead workshops with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions.
• Build and maintain backlog and roadmap: prioritization, release definition, deadline negotiation, and client expectation management.
• Prepare tasks to be development-ready, including acceptance criteria and edge case definitions.
• Create User Flows, User Journeys, Use Cases, and interface documentation.
• Verify delivered functionalities product-wise before release or client delivery.
• Identify product and scope risks early and report them.
• Utilize AI tools in daily work for drafting requirements, acceptance criteria, prototyping, and document analysis.
• Use ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack, and comment on designs in Figma to collect feedback.
• Understand basic web stack technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node, Python, and PostgreSQL to facilitate communication with the development team.
