• Practical experience applying Claude Code in software development or business process projects
• Experience creating Claude Code Skills or comparable reusable capabilities for AI coding agents
• Knowledge of modern AI engineering patterns including agentic workflows, tool use, prompt engineering, context engineering, and structured instruction design
• Practical software engineering experience with skills in creating, testing, reviewing, and maintaining production solutions
• Ability to translate business and domain requirements into technical solutions and executable workflows
• Experience evaluating and optimizing nondeterministic AI solutions
• Ability to design comprehensive solution architectures including standards, shared components, evaluation and release strategies, and backwards compatibility
• Ability to define quality standards for Skills and distinguish between Skills and shared infrastructure components
• Ability to make and justify platform-level decisions about agent harnesses, integration architecture, and build vs. adopt strategies

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of LLM system evaluation tools such as Promptfoo or LangSmith
• Familiarity with HR technology, compensation & benefits, payroll, or workforce analytics
• Experience developing tools for developers, AI platform development, or agentic engineering solutions

• Designing and developing reusable Skills for Claude Code
• Designing AI solutions to support and automate business processes
• Translating business requirements and domain knowledge into technical solutions and workflows for AI agents
• Analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement or automation using Claude Code Skills
• Creating instructions, helper scripts, reference materials, and validation mechanisms
• Collaborating with business stakeholders and domain experts to understand needs, goals, and expected outcomes
• Testing and evaluating Skills based on realistic scenarios and test cases
• Optimizing reliability, accuracy, usability, and maintainability of solutions
• Defining standards, shared components, and guidelines for development and deployment at the platform level
• Making architectural, integration, and platform development decisions
• Providing technical support to the engineering team, including code review, guidance, and removing technical blockers
