Wymagania
- Minimum 10 years experience in IT, including technical roles as Developer, QA, Architect, or related.
- At least 2 years managing people as Delivery Manager/Engineering Manager or 4 years as Team Leader.
- Ability to build, develop, and engage engineering teams, supporting members' professional goals.
- Effective IT project management ensuring delivery quality, transparent communication, and business goals achievement.
- Experience conducting recruitment processes and co-creating technology teams.
- Comfortable collaborating with engineers and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge and practical use of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Decision-making, problem-solving, and constructive conflict management skills.
- Commitment to continuous development of self, people, processes, and organizational improvements.
Obowiązki
- Responsible for delivery quality, service execution, and effective functioning of project teams.
- Monitor work progress, identify risks, and ensure team stability and profitability of projects.
- Support engineer development through regular 1:1 meetings and feedback to build engaged teams.
- Build partnership relationships with clients via status meetings, progress reporting, and managing expectations.
- Collaborate with Recruitment and Sales teams to build and scale teams.
- Participate in daily operational meetings and strategic initiatives to develop services and organization.
- Co-create delivery standards and initiate improvements to increase cooperation quality and team efficiency.
- Align client, team, and business needs to build long-term valuable partnerships.
