Site Reliability Engineering Lead

People More P.S.A. is a company working on technological projects for a large domestic and international client base. They build projects from scratch or partially, including UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile. The projects involve international collaboration and direct client engagement.

• 7+ years of professional IT experience
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes administration experience
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture, operations, and troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of containerization and orchestration
• Strong Unix/Linux administration skills
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation
• Understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem and Change Management
• Ability to analyse logs, monitoring data, and dashboards to identify infrastructure and performance issues
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience working across multiple technical teams in complex enterprise environments
• Strong communication and team coordination skills
• Ability to work from the Kraków office 2–3 days per week
• Very good English (C1) and Polish (B2) language skills

• Selecting techniques and life cycle models based on the project context
• Establishing team structures and fostering a collaborative working environment
• Communicating with stakeholders and maintaining awareness of business needs and priorities
• Using visual techniques for project tracking and reporting
• Managing timeboxing and incremental deliveries

Work from Kraków office 2–3 days per week is required.
