• Experience in administration and support of ERP systems.
• Practical knowledge of Comarch ERP XL, especially financial-accounting modules.
• Experience in financial-accounting domains (Finance, Accounting, Controlling) is highly valued.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to analyze data, create reports, and diagnose database problems.
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports or other reporting tools.
• Administration of Microsoft Windows Server environment.
• Practical knowledge of Active Directory and user permissions management.
• Knowledge of RDP services and basic application server administration.
• Basic knowledge of LAN/WLAN networks.
• Familiarity with backup, data recovery, and IT system security.

Nice to have:

• Experience cooperating with business users in logistics, warehouse, production, or purchasing.
• Knowledge of WMS systems.
• Experience in production or logistics companies.
• Knowledge in cybersecurity.
• Understanding of business system integration processes.

• Administration and development of the Comarch ERP XL system.
• User support, incident analysis, and problem-solving.
• Support and development of financial-accounting processes in ERP XL with collaboration across logistics, production, warehouse, and purchasing.
• Creating reports, analyses, and business summaries.
• Supervision of the SQL Server database.
• Managing user permissions and system security.
• Supporting implementation of new functionalities and optimization of business processes.
• Participation in ERP system implementation, migration, or development projects.
• Coordination of testing and deployment of changes in system environments.
