They work on a limited number of projects to ensure effective campaign implementation and allow technical development, data-driven decision making, and real impact on company and service direction.
Wymagania
- Experience in conducting and optimizing SEO strategies in e-commerce
- Strategy development based on user intent and solid KPIs (e.g., CR, CAR, CRR, CLV)
- Knowledge of SEO tools like Senuto, Ahrefs, Surfer, Screaming Frog
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles and optimization of purchase paths
- High-level SEO project management skills (experience with ClickUp)
- Understanding of AI-based search environments and how brands can be visible and cited
- Capability to prepare content for SEO and AI citation
- Experience with structured data, schema, E-E-A-T signals, and organizing information for AI models
- Configuration experience for AI crawlers and preparing sites for new answer models
- Monitoring brand visibility in AI systems
- Knowledge of common CMS platforms (e.g., PrestaShop, Shoper, Magento, WordPress) for SEO enhancements
- Ability to analyze and prepare Core Web Vitals guidelines
- Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP to create implementation directives for developers
- Strong skills in Google Sheets for large data analysis
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio for reporting and data optimization
Nice to have:
- Experience with BigQuery and scripting
- Automation skills using Python scripts, Google Apps Script, or tools like Make/Zapier
- Experience testing and implementing AI tools in SEO work
Obowiązki
- Communicate project status effectively with teams
- Analyze competition and trends in SEO and AI Search
- Develop comprehensive SEO strategies to increase client website traffic
- Develop and prepare websites and content to improve brand visibility and citation in AI-generated answers
- Execute SEO activities including client website updates and content optimization
- Conduct link building activities
- Prepare UX improvement guidelines to increase conversion rates
- Test and adapt new and proven solutions including AI tools and automation
- Provide recommendations for client-side optimizations such as detailed product descriptions
- Monitor performance in standard search and AI systems and report insights
- Maintain email and meeting communication with clients to discuss ongoing activities and improve results
