Kubernetes Platform Engineering Lead (Kraków / hybrid)

People More P.S.A. is a technology company working on diverse projects from scratch or partly for a large client base both domestically and internationally. They support clients and partners worldwide, delivering projects involving UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile technologies.

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, containers and Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Experience with Kubernetes-native technologies such as Istio, Cilium and CSI solutions.
• Experience building infrastructure automation, APIs and CI/CD pipelines.
• Scripting/programming experience with Bash and Python or Golang.
• Experience with Jenkins and Ansible / Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
• Experience with observability tools such as Splunk and Datadog.
• Experience with infrastructure lifecycle management and GitHub-based development workflows.
• Experience leading or coordinating an engineering/platform team.
• Very good English and Polish language skills.
• Ability to work from the Kraków office 2–3 days per week.

• Own end-to-end engineering and lifecycle management of the Kubernetes platform.
• Build automation, APIs and tooling for infrastructure and platform services.
• Improve platform reliability, performance and cluster/service upgrade processes.
• Monitor resource utilization and support capacity planning.
• Develop dashboards, monitoring and self-healing solutions.
• Support multiple software development teams using the platform.
• Participate in platform architecture, system design and infrastructure planning.
• Lead and support a local team of approximately 5 engineers.
• Coordinate workloads with the Global Engineering Team Lead.
• Participate in infrastructure changes outside standard business hours when required.
