IT Operations Expert (K/M)

Alior Bank SA is a rapidly growing bank in Poland. The role is within the IT structures of the bank, focused on IT Operations, NOC, IOC, and Production Support in a critical environment such as banking.

• At least two years of professional experience in IT Operations, NOC, IOC, Production Support, or related roles.
• Experience working in a critical environment such as banking, fintech, telco, or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of Incident Management process; ITIL4 Foundation certificate is a plus.
• Ability to analyze emergency situations, work with monitoring and alerts, and initiate Major Incident processes.
• Practical knowledge of monitoring tools including Grafana, Zabbix, Zenoss, Centreon, Elastic Stack, and tools such as M365 and JIRA.
• English language proficiency at intermediate level (B2).

• Monitor availability and performance of IT systems 24/7.
• Initiate Major Incident Management process including launching Emergency Bridge and coordination until takeover by Major Incident Manager.
• Communicate with technical, security, and business teams during incidents.
• Supervise End-of-Day (EoD) processes and monitor the correctness of critical banking processes.
• Coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain monitoring systems.
