Application Support Engineer (Supporting US and Asia-Pacific Markets)

Tap.Talent is looking for an Application Support Engineer on behalf of a US-based technology company delivering advanced solutions for electronic and algorithmic trading. The role involves supporting clients across different time zones, including the US and Asia-Pacific.

• Experience in Technical Support, Application Support, or similar technical role
• Solid experience with MS Windows environments
• Experience with scripting languages
• Practical SQL experience or willingness to develop it
• Fluent English and confidence communicating directly with international clients
• Enjoyment of troubleshooting and finding root causes
• Analytical, detail-oriented and self-motivated approach
• Ability to work independently and manage several tasks in a dynamic environment
• Comfort working afternoon/evening and night shifts
• Interest in technology and curiosity about financial technology and electronic trading
