Wymagania
- Proven track record of delivering large technical solutions.
- Strong standalone capabilities to lead individual projects as the primary Business Analyst.
- Willingness and ability to work on long-term projects (minimum 6 months, usually 12-18 months).
- 3 to 5 years of direct experience as a Business Analyst, preferably as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical/Systems Analyst.
- Ability to act as the single, primary BA leading large technical solutions from start to finish.
- Significant customer-facing experience, including leading solicitations and conducting training or demos.
- Experience collaborating with solution architects and technical leads to design solutions based on requirements and regulations.
- Ability to balance multiple long-term projects concurrently.
Obowiązki
- Lead the full end-to-end solution design and delivery.
- Collaborate with solution architects and tech leads to design solutions that adhere to requirements and regulations.
- Work alongside the Project Management team to deliver the actual solution.
- Support Quality Assurance (QA) and Development teams through to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Interact heavily with customers, leading requirements solicitations, training sessions, and product demos.
