Environment Owner / Infrastructure Project Manager

• Several years of experience managing IT projects or services within complex IT environments, focusing on Infrastructure and/or Platforms.
• Fluent English communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of technical aspects of IT environments and ability to collaborate with managers and technical experts.

Nice to have:

• Experience with or understanding of Agile methodologies and/or SAFe.
• Experience with Temenos Transact products.
• Previous experience working with Enterprise Infrastructure including application servers, databases, networks, and firewalls.

• Overall accountability for lower (Dev, Test) and higher (PreProd) environments, and coordination support for the Production environment.
• Proactively engage in and drive problem resolution across environments.
• Support preparations for Production Go Live events, including weekend activities.
• Proactively identify and manage external dependencies, risks, and impediments impacting deliveries.
• Define and provide environment requirements for procurement, configuration, and maintenance.
• Trace dependencies for environments, such as Failover Tests, Functional Releases, Infrastructure updates, and patches.
• Support Infrastructure lifecycle including introduction of new technologies and deprecation of old.
• Support Trial Conversion scheduling, refreshes/imports, and coordinate technical support.
• Manage user accesses to environments.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts between different Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Collaborate with Retail Technology Services and Operations for environment refreshes and installations.
• Monitor and align status of Core Banking test environments and coordinate with test teams.
• Cooperate with Application Maintenance and Production Support to resolve issues.
• Drive Core legacy teams to complete environment-related work.
• Tactical vendor management regarding environments.
• Ensure environment-related Jira tickets, enablers, and external dependencies are logged and maintained.
• Facilitate ART ceremonies and processes, and support the team.
