Business Analyst / ERP Transformation Consultant

For a client in the pharmaceutical industry, this role involves joining a strategic ERP implementation program focused on business process analysis and their impact on ERP transformation, particularly related to SAP.

• Experience in ERP transformation projects, preferably with SAP implementations.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end processes: P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), and Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify system-process relationships.
• Experience and skills in PMO and reporting in large projects.
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing client and stakeholder relationships.
• Fluent English for everyday communication.

Nice to have:

• Experience or knowledge in process automation and implementation of AI agents.

• Conduct workshops and discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Analyze and map interdependencies among business processes.
• Assess the impact of process dependencies on ERP implementation.
• Provide thorough status reporting and support PMO activities within the transformation program.

Fully remote position; no business travel required. Engagement via B2B outsourcing with 1dea company; contract expected until the end of 2026 with likely extension.
