Junior/Mid Project Manager

• Experience as PMO, PM Support, or Junior Project Manager
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum, Kanban, and Agile
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel (reporting, data analysis, formulas, pivot tables)
• Very good knowledge of PowerPoint with ability to prepare clear materials for business and management
• Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Independence, accuracy, proactive work approach, and strong task organization
• Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and collaborate with various teams

Nice to have:

• Experience in IT, Data, or Transformation projects
• Experience in banking or financial sector

• Maintaining and organizing project documentation in Confluence/Wiki
• Preparing notes, summaries, and materials from project meetings
• Supporting reporting of statuses, risks, decisions, and project dependencies
• Administering and operating Jira
• Preparing analyses, reports, and datasets in MS Excel
• Creating PowerPoint presentations for project status, management meetings, and steering committees
• Coordinating organizational activities among teams working with agile methodologies
• Assisting Project Managers in daily project management activities
