Patching and Vulnerability Analyst

UniSysTech Consulting is a dynamic technology consulting firm specializing in delivering high-quality technology solutions. They support the Canadian Digital Banking team by managing vulnerability remediation and patching to maintain strong security posture.

• 1-6 years of experience in IT security, vulnerability management, or systems administration.
• Available to work the 15:00–23:00 CET shift.
• Experience with full lifecycle change management and Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Proficiency with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, or equivalent).
• Strong Linux command-line skills and extensive experience in Linux environments.
• Practical experience developing and running Ansible for configuration management and automation.
• Ability to analyze vulnerability reports, assess security risks, and determine remediation actions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for collaborating with stakeholders.

• Oversee the full change lifecycle including Change Advisory Board (CAB) approvals and coordinate cross-functional patching efforts.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, prioritize risks, and track compliance metrics.
• Execute Linux patching and develop Ansible playbooks for automated remediation.
• Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for all patching and remediation procedures.
