IT Project Manager

Blurify is a company engaged in development projects mainly in the iGaming sector including custom platforms, B2B platform implementations, and an AI-first platform framework.

• Minimum 2 years experience managing software projects end-to-end from discovery to deployment.
• Very good knowledge of SDLC and practical experience with Agile - Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience managing IT project budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence, especially for reporting, velocity monitoring, and documentation.
• Proficiency in using AI and automation to improve daily project management work.
• Ability to build client relationships and manage stakeholders effectively, including in crisis situations.
• Assertiveness and strong negotiation skills, particularly around scope creep and prioritization.
• Strong sense of ownership over initiatives from idea to business success.
• Proactivity in risk identification and corrective actions.
• Analytical decision-making using KPIs and project data.
• Very good command of English and Polish languages (minimum C1).
• Ability to share knowledge and promote good practices.
• Good work organization and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (minimum 3 days per week in Wrocław office).

• Managing the full software project lifecycle from kick-off, through development, deployment, maintenance, and further growth.
• Being responsible for scope, schedule, budget, and profitability of initiatives.
• Building partnerships with clients, maintaining transparent project communication, and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Early identification, reporting, and mitigation of risks.
• Facilitating team work, removing blockers, and promoting effective collaboration and self-organization.
• Monitoring project finances to ensure business viability.
• Implementing systemic changes and process improvements at project and organizational levels.
• Supporting knowledge transfer, sharing best practices, and developing PMO work standards.
• Managing worklog and time tracking processes, including verifying data completeness for billing.
• Conducting regular feedback meetings to boost team engagement, development, and support.

Must be willing to work in a hybrid model with at least 3 days per week presence in the Wrocław office.
