DevOps Engineer AI Services

VIER GmbH builds and operates AI-powered applications that enable intelligent customer service experiences at scale. The role is part of the AI Platform Services team focused on AI infrastructure landscape within the AI Business Unit in Poznań.

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Experience operating databases and cloud-native services.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
• Pragmatic problem-solver focused on reliability, quality, security, and continuous improvement.
• Strong automation mindset following a zero-downtime approach.
• Motivated to understand operational behavior of modern AI technologies.
• Fluent in English (C1).

• Own the reliable day-to-day operation of platform infrastructure services within the AI Business Unit.
• Drive automation across operational workflows using modern tooling and AI.
• Support and contribute to the migration of applications from Nomad to Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure teams to improve Kubernetes environments.
• Manage and support core technologies including Qdrant, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, Dify, Langfuse, and Kubeblocks.
• Build and improve monitoring, alerting, and operational observability standards.
• Enable development teams to design, ship, and operate production-grade Kubernetes-ready services.
• Improve system reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence across the AI landscape.
