IT Operations Engineer, Intelligent Platforms Alliance

HelloFresh's HelloTech organisation is a global technology backbone with over 1000 people building digital products powering their end-to-end food experience, including meal kits, specialty offerings, and supply chain optimization across multiple markets. The Warsaw office works on scalable, data-driven products in an autonomous, cross-functional alliance model.

• Practical experience in IT support or IT operations supporting macOS and Windows systems.
• Knowledge of hardware provisioning, device wiping, vendor repair workflows, and inventory tracking tools like Snipe IT.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), Intune, Jamf, SureMDM, and Active Directory.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as the sole on-site IT contact in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent spoken and written English; Polish and/or German are a plus.
• Basic understanding of network infrastructure, exposure to IT task automation, or a valid European driver’s license are advantages.

• Manage user lifecycles including IT onboarding/offboarding, hardware preparation, setup, shipping, and device retrieval for Warsaw and Wroclaw teams.
• Maintain IT hardware and assets, administering macOS and Windows devices, device wiping, reissuing, coordinating vendor repairs, and inventory management with Snipe IT.
• Provide hands-on technical support for Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and Active Directory.
• Act as primary on-site technical contact for central infrastructure teams, supporting basic networking setup and local IT requirements during office moves or updates.
• Collaborate with local site management and Workplace Operations to support operational and facilities needs.
• Maintain clear documentation for IT processes, hardware workflows, and troubleshooting guides.
