Java Developer - Junior, Mid & Senior Talent Pool​

This posting is part of a Talent Pool for the Java Developer role at Transition Technologies PSC, a dynamically developing Capital Group company. The company has multiple locations in Poland including Łódź, Poznań, Białystok, Kielce, Wrocław, Zielona Góra, and Warszawa.

• Programming experience with Java 8 or higher using the Spring Framework
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Clean Code principles, and code testing
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD tools, Hibernate/JPA, and JUnit
• Understanding of the SCRUM methodology
• Very good command of English (minimum B2)

• Experience matched across Junior to Senior levels depending on skills and opportunities

• Participation in all aspects of software development
• Ensuring high quality of produced solutions
• Implementation and analysis of source code
• Covering source code with unit and integration tests and debugging
• Documenting source code using Javadoc
