Technical Quality Manager

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar position in the commercial real estate sector
• Higher education (technical education preferred)
• Knowledge of modern technologies and market trends
• Good command of English language both spoken and written (minimum B2 level)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to cooperate in a team
• Independence and creativity in effective problem-solving

• Control technical condition of buildings managed by Colliers and quality of technical service providers
• Prepare and implement technical instructions and procedures for subcontractors
• Develop internal procedures for Colliers Property Management department concerning building inspections
• Manage projects across all process areas
• Prepare documentation for tenders and execute them
• Prepare, verify, and settle construction work costs
• Monitor and report investment progress
• Control quality and deadlines of construction work
• Advise, support, and train Property Management employees on technical building matters
• Collaborate in preparation of property investment budgets
• Control as-built documentation for buildings
• Participate in meetings with clients (existing and potential)
• Participate in handover of buildings to Colliers management, managing technical aspects of the takeover
• Seek opportunities to enhance the potential of managed properties
