Senior Product Manager (BAD Product)

• Proven track record managing technically complex SaaS, enterprise, or B2B product areas end to end.
• Hands-on experience with product discovery, user research, and roadmap prioritization.
• Experience navigating complex customer journeys, multi-team dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience making data-informed decisions using telemetry, product metrics, and experimentation.
• Ability to work comfortably alongside engineering teams on technical details, APIs, data models, and system integrations.
• Fluency in English.
• Ownership mindset with responsibility for outcomes.
• Focus on underlying problems and desired outcomes rather than immediate feature requests.
• Comfort with technical complexity, trade-offs, and systems thinking.
• Preference for quality, long-term sustainability, and user trust over short-term fixes.
• Strong collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary teams and distinct business areas.

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for BAD Product systems.
• Uncover user friction through customer research, support data, telemetry, and feedback.
• Map and improve end-to-end customer journeys covering purchasing, subscriptions, licensing, and administration.
• Identify gaps, overlaps, and inconsistencies across sub-systems to build a unified user experience.
• Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and QA from early discovery through launch and iteration.
• Define and track key product metrics for adoption, conversion, and support demand.
• Communicate product direction, trade-offs, and progress to cross-functional stakeholders.
