Senior Java Developer

• 7-10 years of professional IT development experience, especially with Java.
• Practical experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience with SDLC support tools, particularly GitLab.
• Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including containerization and orchestration principles.
• Experience working with CI/CD processes.
• Analytical and independent problem-solving skills.
• Attention to code quality, detail, and programming best practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with effective teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to use modern AI tools supporting development such as GitHub Copilot, Devin, and Claude.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Create and enhance microservices-based solutions.
• Design and implement integrations and messaging processing with Apache Kafka.
• Work with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate deployment processes using GitLab CI/CD and Argo CD.
• Monitor and analyze application performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic Stack.
• Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Utilize modern AI tools, including GitHub Copilot, Devin, and Claude, to support software development.
• Participate in problem analysis, solution optimization, and ensure software quality and stability.
