HR Business Partner

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a global, multicultural organization
• Thorough knowledge of core HR processes: employee lifecycle, performance management, L&D
• Proactive, relationship-building approach based on values and trust, not just procedures
• Analytical talent enabling data-driven business-impacting decisions
• Courage and openness to change and transformation environments
• Curiosity about latest HR trends and knowledge of local labor law
• Fluent English (minimum B2) for international work environment

• Advise and support leaders in daily people management challenges and key personnel decisions
• Actively shape a culture focused on performance that values contribution and engagement
• Collaborate closely with HR expert centers (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations) to deliver business solutions
• Develop management staff and leadership competencies through key L&D programs aligned with organizational needs
• Optimize HR processes to ensure a positive employee experience
• Co-create transparent and engaging internal communication, including newsletter editing
• Co-shape and implement the People & Culture strategy consistent with the company mission and values in cooperation with HR teams
