SAP Security Manager / Senior Manager

Technology Risk at PwC Poland is a team of more than 50 experts consulting on processes, systems, and organization of the IT area. They implement SAP and SAP GRC projects from concept development to system configuration, identifying, analyzing, and managing business and IT risks globally.

• 7-8+ years of professional experience in SAP Security engagements (design, implementation, and quality assurance).
• Deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem, specifically SAP S/4HANA, SAP IAM/IAG, and SAP GRC suite.
• Strong knowledge of SAP IT Audits, including designing solutions and implementing changes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to analyze complex IT processes and recommend optimizations.
• Proven leadership with experience managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional written and spoken English with ability to write executive-level reports and present to C-level stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in Polish to collaborate with local stakeholders and support local projects.

Nice to have:

• Professional certifications such as SAP Security, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001.
• Experience in professional services, advisory, or IT consulting environments.

• Plan, manage, and execute day-to-day SAP Security and Authorization design projects.
• Assess the design and effectiveness of SAP Security, Authorization Concepts (including Segregation of Duties - SoD), and SAP IT Controls (IAM/IDM, Change Management).
• Review client IT policies and procedures against industry standards and compliance frameworks.
• Translate technical findings into reports and actionable recommendations for C-suite and business stakeholders.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor consultants to foster career growth and deliver client work.
• Manage project finances, resource allocation, and client portfolios to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities, contribute to proposals, and participate in client pitches.
