Senior SAP Security Consultant

Technology Risk at PwC Poland is a team of more than 50 experts. We provide consulting on processes, systems and organization of the IT area. We implement SAP and SAP GRC projects from concept development to configuration in the system. We identify, analyze and manage business and IT risks for customers in various sectors around the world.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience identifying Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts, analyzing risks, and defining or evaluating mitigating controls within SAP environments
• Strong knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC) related to SAP systems, including access controls and compliance frameworks
• Experience in client-facing consulting roles, with ability to communicate risks and technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent English and Polish communication skills (written and verbal) for collaboration on local and international projects
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP GRC or other access management tools supporting SoD processes
• Familiarity with audit processes, working alongside internal or external auditors, and understanding regulatory standards such as SOX

• Participation in advisory and audit projects for SAP clients in Poland, Central Europe and globally
• Designing and building security frameworks and authorization models in S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and other SAP technologies including SAP Fiori
• Designing SAP security policies, standards, and controls to manage technology risks in SAP environments
• Advising on establishing relationships between IT and business functions
• Providing advice related to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements with a focus on SAP technology
