Workday Recruiting Senior Systems Analyst - HRIS

The role follows their recent Workday implementation and is key to deploying, managing, and optimizing the Workday HR platform across Goodyear's global operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of Workday configuration experience including regional or global deployments of Workday HCM modules such as Recruiting, Talent Management, or Compensation.
• Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Willingness to travel across Europe up to 20–30% of the time.

• Document system configurations, changes, and customizations clearly for audit, training, and operational continuity.
• Provide input for recruiting data regarding Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Partner with global HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and prioritize enhancements.
• Participate actively in projects to streamline HR processes and implement Workday system enhancements.
