• Experience in customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Experience maintaining CRM class systems in production environments
• Ability to analyze problems, diagnose errors, and independently seek root causes
• Self-reliance and responsibility for the assigned system

Nice to have:

• Experience in the telecommunications industry or large organizations
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

• Maintain and provide ongoing support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015
• Analyze and resolve system operation issues
• Diagnose problems, analyze error causes, and implement fixes
• Handle and maintain existing integrations and cooperate with teams responsible for related systems
• Monitor system stability and correct functioning
