Producer

Questline is a team with two major game releases, including "Tainted Grail - Conquest" and "Fall of Avalon", the latter described as an ambitious open world RPG dubbed "Polski Skyrim" with reviews around 87%. The team is expanding and starting work on a new title.

• Experience as a Producer or Team Lead, preferably with close contact to art teams.
• Understanding of the artistic work specifics, balancing attention to detail and deadlines, and ability to define clear "definition of done" for art tasks.
• Ability to manage priorities and communicate difficult decisions without creating unnecessary tension.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and active listening.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Notion.

Nice to have:

• Experience in production of RPG, Action RPG, or Open World games.
• Knowledge of working with distributed teams (remote/hybrid) or external outsourcing studios.

• Planning and coordinating the work of Art teams (Concept, 3D, 2D, Level Art, VFX) according to project schedules.
• Prioritizing tasks and managing team workload to avoid burnout.
• Identifying and removing blockers in artists' daily work, both production and communication related.
• Collaborating with Art Director, team Leads, and Producers to adjust art production pace to project requirements.
• Monitoring task statuses, risks, and dependencies between Art, Design, Tech, and QA teams.
• Supporting onboarding process for new Art team members.
• Building and maintaining a healthy team culture emphasizing open communication, clear priorities, and realistic expectations.
