The position is offered by a Swedish investment company. The role involves managing and publishing content on company internet platforms daily, ensuring content quality, up-to-date information, and alignment with the communication and marketing strategy.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in internet content management or editorial process support
• Practical knowledge of CMS systems and digital content publication processes
• High attention to detail and editorial sensitivity
• Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage incoming requests and tasks
• Openness to using artificial intelligence tools to increase efficiency and ensure consistency of published content

• Publish, format, and plan content publication in the CMS system
• Manage metadata, categories, tags, and content structure on the platform
• Coordinate collaboration with business stakeholders for preparation and updating of materials
• Manage the process of implementing changes and content updates
• Quality control of published materials, including proofreading, link verification, and display correctness
• Support implementation and testing of AI solutions aiding content creation, management, and publishing in the CMS environment
• Ensure consistency and quality of content according to organizational communication standards
