• Experience in designing and developing UI components and patterns.
• Ability to create comprehensive component documentation.
• Knowledge of design tokens architecture and practical application.
• Good understanding of WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility standards and translating them into component solutions.
• Understanding specifics of Web, iOS, and Android libraries; better knowledge of Android is a plus.
• Experience working in environments with many teams and stakeholders.
• Systemic thinking about Design Systems as more than just component libraries.

• Design and develop components and UI patterns from atoms to complex organisms, including variants, states, edge cases, and composition rules.
• Create clear, complete, and self-sufficient documentation covering usage, variants, behavior, states, accessibility, and best and bad practices.
• Prepare components for implementation and collaboration with developers across Web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Utilize existing solutions and develop the system incrementally while avoiding unnecessary new elements.
• Create guidelines and educate other users of the Design System.
• Apply systemic thinking recognizing the Design System as a cohesive set of principles supporting product scaling.
