Wymagania
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in project management; logistics/supply chain experience is a plus
- Experience with the Relex tool/system
- Knowledge of project and portfolio management methodologies, supported by postgraduate studies and/or certifications such as Prince2, IPMA, PMI, Agile
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, MS Project, Trello, and Confluence
- Proactive attitude and focus on collaboration
- Ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
- Higher education degree
Obowiązki
- Managing IT projects across their entire lifecycle, from concept and business analysis to implementation and closure
- Creating and adhering to project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Reporting progress and providing management information for business decision-making
- Leading project teams and coordinating tasks among IT specialists, external suppliers, and business representatives
- Ensuring proper information flow and effective communication with key stakeholders, IT suppliers, and business partners
- Maintaining the quality of project deliverables and documentation
- Monitoring and supporting the quality of implementations
- Contributing to the development of project culture, standards, and best practices within the organization
