Senior Software Engineer

Oversee is a global leader in air and hotel reshopping solutions and offers "AgentSee," an AI-powered productivity tool designed to help Travel Management Companies (TMCs) automate manual tasks such as processing traveler emails, booking flights, and managing travel arrangements to reduce costs and improve service quality. The company focuses on reimagining corporate travel management by combining travel analytics with actionable insights to optimize travel spend for global enterprises. It experiences exponential year-over-year revenue growth and collaborates with major Fortune 500 companies.

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering with production system development
• Strong background in designing scalable, distributed applications
• Hands-on experience with Python/Django and Java/Kotlin (JVM stack)
• Familiarity with TypeScript and React
• Solid understanding of Linux runtime environments
• Skilled at identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English
• Comfortable using AI coding tools while maintaining code quality and technical ownership
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn continuously

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services, data pipelines, and distributed infrastructure
• Develop front-end features in TypeScript/React to implement complex ideas
• Implement complex business logic and intelligent filtering algorithms powering the platform
• Optimize fare tracking solutions to help clients save millions annually
• Contribute to architectural decisions for distributed, high-scale applications
• Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, debugging, and navigation
• Integrate with third-party APIs (REST/SOAP) ensuring interoperability
• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to deliver impactful features
