Senior ERP Business Transformation Consultant

Link Group is implementing an enterprise platform with a focus on SAP/ERP transformation involving Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Operations.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise transformation, management consulting, or leading large-scale ERP implementations, preferably with SAP / S/4HANA.
• Deep functional understanding of core enterprise value streams, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Supply Chain domains.
• Proven ability to influence and manage expectations with Director and C-suite level stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in structured problem-solving, process mapping, risk management, and executive-level reporting.

Nice to have:

• Practical experience or interest in leveraging modern automation tools or AI agents to streamline process analysis, documentation, and reporting workflows.

Process Interdependence & Impact Analysis:

• Evaluate and map complex End-to-End (E2E) process flows across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Supply Chain / Logistics domains.
• Identify cross-departmental dependencies and evaluate the impact of localized operational decisions on the broader ERP core architecture.
• Highlight systemic risks, process gaps, and integration bottlenecks to prevent project delays and solution misalignment.

Senior Stakeholder Alignment & Leadership:

• Drive high-level discovery workshops and strategic alignment sessions with executive stakeholders, business unit heads, and process owners.
• Translate complex enterprise architecture choices into actionable business impacts for non-technical leadership.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping business units adapt to standardized target operating models within the new ERP landscape.

Program Governance & PMO Integration:

• Maintain rigorous program management (PMO) oversight, delivering executive-level progress reporting, risk registers, and decision trackers.
• Partner with technical implementation partners and enterprise architects to ensure target solution designs align with core business strategy.
• Establish clear process governance structures to manage scope changes and cross-functional alignment.
