UI Designer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role is part of the AI Management & Strategy team, focusing on strategic AI solutions and productivity tools.

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design work with high-fidelity screens, component-based systems, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in design systems and reusable UI component libraries.
• Good understanding of usability and accessibility principles applied in design decisions.
• Strong visual design skills including typography, color, layout, and hierarchy.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating design decisions to technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly based on feedback in an Agile environment.
• Comfortable working and presenting in English.

Nice to have:

• Interest in emerging technologies such as AI and Generative AI and their impact on UX.
• Experience or interest in UX design.

• Create high-quality UI designs including layouts, component states, and responsive behaviors.
• Produce wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to support agile discussions and delivery.
• Apply brand guidelines, design systems, and reusable components for a consistent user experience.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure precise implementation and address UI issues during development and QA.
• Champion accessibility standards such as contrast and keyboard navigation, and inclusive design principles.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders using tools like JIRA and Kanban to track progress and manage workflows.
• Support the co-creation and documentation of an emerging design system for scalability.
