Digital Delivery Manager

Jacobs Digital & Data Hub in Kraków builds enterprise-scale AI and data platforms supporting advanced analytics and GenAI solutions for regulated sectors including Government, Financial Services, Infrastructure, Energy, and Health.

• Experience leading complex digital, software, data, analytics, or transformation projects in client-facing roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills to translate business challenges into technology solutions.
• Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, requirements discussions, and stakeholder alignment.
• Good understanding of modern software delivery practices, Agile methodologies, SDLC, and cloud-based solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with architects, engineers, delivery teams, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and willing to work internationally with occasional travel.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, automation, or enterprise integration solutions.
• Experience supporting pre-sales, solution consulting, or business development activities.

• Lead Digital & Data initiatives from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients and stakeholders, facilitating workshops and decision-making.
• Partner with architects, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to shape solutions.
• Support project planning and team setup by identifying required capabilities.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution shaping and customer discussions.
• Mentor team members and support skill development across the Digital & Data team.
• Drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and adoption of best practices.

• Use of Jira, Agile, Scrum methodologies.
