Project Manager – CIAM Team Support

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Agile environments.
• Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, from planning through execution, reporting and closure.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and related business processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and other tools used for project planning and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Ability to independently coordinate multiple workstreams and manage competing priorities.
• Strong ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify risks, dependencies and issues early and drive them towards resolution.
• Confidence in challenging assumptions, asking the right questions and bringing a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, complex and multinational environment.
• Professional fluency in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Change Management or organizational transformation.
• Experience supporting marketing-related projects, including global rollouts, product communications, marketing initiatives or after-sales service.
• Previous experience working in a large multinational matrix organization.
• Experience working with customer-facing digital products or services.
• Understanding of CRM-driven customer processes and customer lifecycle management.

• Drive the planning, execution and reporting of multiple cross-functional projects within the CIAM organization.
• Coordinate project activities across Product Owners, Business Analysts, Key Stakeholders, Project Sponsors and delivery teams.
• Establish and maintain project objectives, master plans, timelines and consolidated reporting.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources and costs.
• Proactively identify project risks and issues and coordinate mitigation and resolution activities.
• Manage scope changes and assess their potential impact on timelines, resources and project outcomes.
• Ensure effective project governance and transparent communication across stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project status updates, management reports, presentations and relevant project documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings, follow up on actions and ensure clear ownership of deliverables.
• Support effective prioritization and resource allocation across project workstreams.
• Act as a central point of coordination between business and delivery teams.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
• Support change and transformation initiatives within the CIAM organization.
• Challenge assumptions constructively and proactively identify opportunities to improve project delivery.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of customer-facing products and services across CRM platforms.
