Senior IT Business Analyst (Blockchain)

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or similar in fintech or blockchain sectors.
• Practical knowledge of Blockchain, DLT systems, and financial market exchanges.
• Understanding of transaction platforms, digital assets, and financial market regulations.
• Experience and competencies in Product Ownership.
• Ability to efficiently acquire, document, and validate requirements using structured methodologies.
• Practical experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and supporting tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills bridging business and technical perspectives.
• Fluent English (B2) in spoken and written form.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of German language.

• Identify, structure, and document business and technical requirements.
• Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
• Mediate between product management, technology, and compliance teams.
• Prepare structured and clear requirement documents and analyze their technical feasibility with system architects.
• Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams to ensure correct implementation of requirements.
• Manage the requirements lifecycle.
