Senior Integration Engineer

On behalf of our client – a major international enterprise operating across global commercial and industrial sectors – we are seeking a hands-on Senior Integration Engineer to join their technology center in Warsaw.

Technical Profile & Core Competencies:

• Practical knowledge of REST & GraphQL APIs, Event-Driven Architectures, messaging systems, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with distributed systems and system-to-system integrations.

AWS Cloud Platform (Core Focus):

• Hands-on expertise with AWS services including AWS Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, IAM, CloudWatch, and AWS Networking.

Software Engineering & DevOps:

• Strong Node.js capability for guiding developers, hands-on work, and code reviews.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Linux/Shell Scripting.

Technical Leadership:

• Proven experience mentoring or leading technical team members (e.g., Tech Lead, Senior Engineer).
• Ability to establish engineering standards, perform rigorous code reviews, and take ownership of production solutions.

Candidate Profile:

• Senior Integration/Cloud Engineer, Tech Lead, or Senior Developer ready to expand into system architecture.
• Candidates transitioning from consultancy/B2B to a stable in-house employer are encouraged.
• Professional fluency in English (B2) for daily international collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and design resilient, scalable event-driven architectures and system-to-system integration patterns for enterprise solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to an engineering team of 5–10 developers, establish coding guidelines, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering quality.
• Maintain code-level quality, test coverage, and production reliability across cloud integration pipelines.
• Collaborate globally with product owners, enterprise architects, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
