Technical Product Manager

Droplabs is a company based in Kraków that developed an online ticket sales system used by major firms in the Tours, Attractions, and Activities industry such as aquaparks, amusement parks, and other tourist attractions. Since 2023, they have been promoting and implementing dynamic pricing strategies based on their own machine learning solutions to help clients predict attendance and optimize revenue. Their clients include entities like Tatrzański Park Narodowy, Chochołowskie Termy, and Zoo Wrocław.

• Experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role.
• Technical experience as a Developer, Engineer, System Architect, or similar practical technical role.
• Ability to read code, participate freely in architectural discussions, and understand technical constraints without oversimplifying.
• Experience developing web applications.
• Knowledge of modern SDLC practices and software development and deployment processes.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, service architecture, performance, observability, and product scaling.
• Proficiency with AI tools and fundamental knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, response quality assessment, and iterative solution improvement.
• Ability to differentiate essential vs. optional features and pragmatically define work scope.
• Skills in problem diagnosis, root cause analysis, and proposing effective solutions.
• Good prioritization, self-organization, and accountability for results.
• Ability to take independent, well-founded decisions without seeking permission for each detail.
• Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience working on SaaS products.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions, especially AWS.
• Experience with product analytics, success metrics, and qualitative research.
• Practical knowledge of AI applications in digital products.

• Lead feature development from problem identification, through discovery, to implementation, measurement, and iteration.
• Develop and maintain the product backlog including user stories, acceptance criteria, and business and technical requirements.
• Prioritize daily work balancing user value, technical complexity, quality, delivery speed, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Manage backlog refinement, prioritization, and support estimation.
• Coordinate dependencies among teams, systems, and integrators and ensure smooth release and deployment processes.
• Maintain technical integrity of the application including architecture standards, performance, data quality, and long-term maintainability.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, including direct client contact, to understand needs and issues.
• Define and monitor success metrics for products and features.
• Provide expert support to sales and customer service teams on product challenges and during client meetings.
• Develop AI applications in the product and make decisions on quality, usability, and reliability of language model-based solutions.
