Senior AI Solution Architect

• Strong experience designing AI-powered solutions, including LLM-based applications and agent-based architectures, with experience taking concepts into production.
• Solution architecture expertise covering applications, integrations, data flows, and data pipelines for AI.
• Solid grounding in software engineering fundamentals such as CI/CD, cloud services, security, and data governance.
• Ability to motivate and enable teams to adopt good practices by example.
• Experience working in agile product teams with strong communication and senior-level influencing skills.

• Own solution design from idea to decision, shaping early concepts into buildable technical direction and managing requirements, backlog, and architectural decisions across initiatives.
• Engage hands-on with teams in solution design to shape direction in real time, ensuring architecture is collaborative and embraced.
• Drive rapid prototyping and proof of concepts to explore and validate AI ideas including Copilot-based interactions, AI-driven insights, and agent-based concepts.
• Ensure engineering standards including CI/CD, cloud services, security, and data governance are fit for purpose.
• Evolve architectural standards in an AI-first landscape.
• Act as a trusted advisor for Head of Product and business stakeholders, shaping direction and prioritizing AI value creation.

This role requires the candidate to be in the office 50% of the time plus one additional day per month. The administrator of personal data is Arla Global Financial Services Centre Sp. z o.o. located in Gdańsk. Candidates have rights regarding personal data as per information clause.
