Senior .Net Developer

BlueGeko is working with one of the largest logistics and storage companies in the region to build the next generation of its technology platform.

• Strong commercial experience with .NET / C#
• Proven experience building production backend systems and APIs
• Strong understanding of API design, authentication, authorization, and security
• Good SQL and database design knowledge
• Experience integrating third-party or existing business systems
• Experience with modernizing legacy applications
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, testing, and production support
• Ability to take ownership and make technical decisions
• Strong communication skills and practical problem-solving approach

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure or another major cloud platform
• Experience with Payments
• Experience with mobile application backends
• Knowledge of access-control, IoT, or hardware-connected systems
• Experience with CRM, ERP, CMS, or operational platforms
• Familiarity with Umbraco
• Experience with microservices or event-driven systems
• Experience leading or mentoring developers

• Design and build production APIs and backend services using .NET / C#
• Collaborate with the mobile team on API contracts and backend workflows
• Own key backend and architecture decisions
• Integrate new services with existing systems and SQL databases
• Modernize and gradually replace legacy applications
• Design secure and reliable integrations between critical business systems
• Improve testing, monitoring, documentation, and CI/CD practices
• Establish development standards for platform growth
• Mentor and potentially build the future backend team
