Senior Delivery / Project Manager

CSHARK is the company offering this role, with offices in Wrocław, Warszawa, Kraków, and Gdańsk, operating in a fast, AI-accelerated engineering environment. The role involves coordinating customer implementations of an AI-powered platform, working closely with international teams including colleagues based in Canada.

• Strong experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS implementations, ideally in Professional Services.
• Proven project or delivery management experience across complete customer implementation lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with customer requirements gathering, MVP/pilot planning, and UAT coordination.
• Strong risk, issue, and dependency management skills.
• Experience coordinating customer, product, and engineering teams.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations in parallel.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills with senior and technical stakeholders.
• Experience delivering projects remotely across distributed teams and time zones.
• Sufficient technical literacy to discuss APIs, integrations, environments, and deployment dependencies.
• Ability to understand technical constraints without heavy reliance on engineering translation.
• Experience in fast delivery environments with rapid engineering execution.
• Proactive approach to removing blockers, driving decisions, and setting expectations.
• Strong written and spoken English at daily working level.

• Experience delivering software within financial services.
• Experience with collections or contact-centre platforms.
• Exposure to AI, conversational AI, or voice-technology implementations.
• Experience managing short, repeatable customer implementation cycles.
• Experience working closely with distributed engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Professional Services organizations delivering configurable products and integrations to enterprise customers.

• Coordinate customer implementations end to end, from requirements gathering through MVP, UAT, production, and transition to BAU.
• Manage multiple customer implementations in parallel, maintaining priorities and ownership.
• Gather and structure customer requirements, configuration needs, and implementation dependencies.
• Plan MVPs and pilots with customer, product, and engineering teams.
• Plan and coordinate UAT, ensuring preparation and quick resolution of blockers.
• Coordinate production readiness, go-live, and transition to BAU operations.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and external blockers.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand technical dependencies.
• Hold effective customer conversations about APIs, integrations, environments, and deployment dependencies.
• Drive customer decisions and inputs to keep implementations on track.
• Set clear expectations on scope, timelines, responsibilities, and dependencies.
• Adapt delivery plans as priorities and dependencies change.
• Coordinate across distributed teams and time zones.
• Continuously improve delivery approach for short, repeatable implementation cycles.
