Senior Business Analyst (Finance / Blockchain)

• Experience as Business Analyst or similar role in fintech or blockchain sectors
• Good knowledge of financial markets, especially trading platforms, digital assets, exchange operations, and investment products
• Understanding of blockchain concepts; familiarity with DLT is a plus
• Ability to independently gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements
• Experience collaborating with product and technical teams, bridging business and technology perspectives
• Knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in English language
• Degree in computer science, business, or related field

Nice to have:

• Experience as a Product Owner
• Knowledge of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT)

• Collect, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements
• Document requirements clearly for development teams
• Analyze business processes and suggest improvements to platform efficiency
• Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and technical teams on new functionalities
• Coordinate communication between business, IT, and compliance areas
• Maintain consistency and currency of project documentation
• Support development and QA teams during requirement implementation and verification
• Manage requirement changes ensuring full traceability throughout product development lifecycle
