Software and Robotics Engineer / Tech Lead

P&P Solutions seeks experienced Software & Robotics Engineers and Tech Leads for warehouse robotic system installations. The team designs, implements, tests, and deploys software supporting industrial robotic arms using technologies like Python, ROS, and Docker.

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• Knowledge of key robotics concepts related to robotic arm programming.
• Practical experience programming industrial robotic arms, preferably ABB.
• Technical leadership skills to lead entire projects independently.
• Advanced problem-solving abilities and proficiency in Python.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience designing complex, multi-level software systems (especially for Tech Leads).

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software for new warehouse robotic installations.
• Create software layers and business logic to support robotic systems.
• Program and integrate industrial robotic arms.
• Solve complex technical problems and optimize existing solutions.
• Lead projects independently and execute end-to-end tasks.
• Collaborate on complex robotic systems development using Python, ROS, and Docker.
• For Tech Leads: provide technical leadership, make design decisions, and support team members.
• Co-develop multi-level software systems.
