• Strong practical experience using Claude Code in real-world software or business process automation scenarios.
• Experience creating Claude Code Skills or comparable reusable functionalities for AI agents.
• Deep understanding of modern AI engineering patterns such as agentic workflows, tool use, prompt engineering, context engineering, and structured instruction design.
• Hands-on software engineering skills with ability to build, test, and maintain production-grade solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements and domain knowledge into clear technical designs and executable workflows.
• Experience evaluating and optimizing nondeterministic AI systems.
• Capability to take ownership of entire solution architecture including standards, shared components, evaluation and release strategies, and backward compatibility.
• Ability to define and enforce quality standards for agent skills and infrastructure.
• Decision-making capacity at platform level including agent harness selection, integration architecture, and build-vs-adopt strategy.

Nice to have:

• Experience developing plugins or MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers for Claude Code.
• Familiarity with LLM system evaluation tools (e.g., promptfoo, LangSmith).
• Consulting or Professional Services industry experience.
• Knowledge of HR Tech domain, compensation & benefits, payroll, or workforce analytics.
• Experience building internal developer tooling or platform solutions.
• Public contributions such as open-source AI agent projects, published Skills/plugins, conference talks, or technical articles.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and domain experts to understand goals, processes, constraints, and expected results.
• Analyze business requirements, documentation, templates, and reference materials.
• Identify processes and use cases for implementation or improvement with Claude Code Skills.
• Design, deploy, test, and maintain production Claude Code Skills.
• Create clear instructions for skills, supporting scripts, validation logic, and workflow components.
• Translate complex business processes into structured instructions for AI agents.
• Evaluate skill behaviors using realistic scenarios, tests, and acceptance criteria.
• Continuously optimize accuracy, reliability, and maintainability based on tests and feedback.
• Provide technical leadership including code reviews, setting technical direction, and removing blockers.
