ServiceNow Integration Engineer

At Procter & Gamble, the Modern IT Asset Management (ITAM) team in Warsaw is undergoing a digital transformation to create an AI-ready source of truth for IT asset data across the company with over 145,000 users.

• 4+ years in an engineering role (Software, Data, Integration, Platform, or Site Reliability Engineer).
• Proficiency in at least one modern language, preferably Python or JavaScript.
• Solid SQL and relational data modeling skills.
• Experience integrating systems via RESTful APIs (event-driven/messaging a plus).
• Strong software engineering fundamentals (OOP, TDD, SOLID, unit/integration testing, SDLC).
• Working understanding of data quality concepts with ability to automate rules and reports.
• English proficiency and at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM/ITAM/CMDB platforms.
• Exposure to CSDM and IT asset lifecycle concepts.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools for data quality frameworks and reporting.
• Experience delivering solutions on cloud frameworks, preferably Azure.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tooling and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and Agentic AI use cases.
• ServiceNow certifications.
• Working knowledge of Python/PySpark for large-scale data processing.
• Familiarity with SCRUM/SAFe and Agile Release Trains.

• Implement and deploy scalable engineering capabilities across ITAM and CMDB covering data ingestion, normalization, reconciliation, quality, and reporting.
• Build and operate automated Asset Data Quality rules and scorecards across ITAM, CMDB, and adjacent systems.
• Engineer the Topology Coverage baseline by extending ServiceNow Discovery patterns, IRE rules, and CSDM-aligned CI relationships.
• Develop and modernize ITAM integrations using protocols like REST and SOAP.
• Build data products and dashboards with SQL, Power BI, and ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
• Contribute to eliminating ITAM/CMDB technical debt by reducing custom scripts and favoring out-of-the-box patterns.
• Champion Agile, DevOps and Continuous Deployment practices including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Collaborate with Solution Architect, Product Owners, ITSM, SRE, AI engineers, and architects.
• Continuously upskill on ServiceNow ITAM/CMDB/Discovery development and emerging IT operations technologies.
